Terms and Conditions

 You are advised to read the following Terms & Conditions carefully.

General bookings

  • All bookings are subject to acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set out below.
  • Reserved tables will be held for 20 minutes only.
  • The person who makes the reservation is responsible for the group, which includes behaviour, stolen and/or damaged items and settlement of the bill.
  • The restaurant accepts no liable for loss or damage to person’s property whilst at the restaurant.
  • All deposits, pre-ordered food, packages and tickets are non-refundable.
  • Deposit payments will be redeemed from your final bill and cannot be refunded.
  • Minimum age at the Bavarian Beerhouse is 21 years.
  • Please note, due to the layout of our restaurant, we cannot guarantee exact seating plans, as our table plans are subject to change in order to accommodate the different party sizes we have attending.
  • Table service will be provided all night. Restaurant guests are not permitted to buy drinks directly from the bar.
  • Groups of more than 15 guests are advised to discuss the payment method (group payment, individual payment etc.) with the waitress at the beginning.
  • Taste cards can only be accepted from Sundays to Thursdays (all day) and Friday and Saturday until 6pm, excluding special offers, bank holidays, Oktoberfest season and throughout December.
  • Normal licensing hours are to be adhered to, unless a separate license has been approved.
  • Any changes to the reservation must be made written and confirmed by the restaurant.
  • Any damage to the building and its contents and any extra cleaning of bathrooms etc. will be charged to the credit card given.
  • An optional 12.5% Service Charge will be added to the final bill.
  • Stein glasses which are broken on purpose will be charged with £10 per glass.

 

Football Bookings

  • No exact seating can be guaranteed on the day of the booking. The simple rule ‘first come first served’ will apply.
  • Guests are advised to pay in cash on the evening in order to avoid waiting times for payment after the match.
  • It is recommended to arrive a certain time before kick-off to avoid waiting times.

 

Stag / Hen / Birthday parties

  • Stag, Hen and Birthday packages offered by the Bavarian Beerhouse have to be booked and paid in advance.
  • Booked packages are non-refundable
  • Fancy dresses are welcome however, it is not allowed to bring a stripper to our restaurant.
