Reservations & Events Staff

Experienced in dealing with Reservations & Events?

Your main task is the proactive dealing with all incoming booking enquiries (telephone/ email) and making sure they are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner. We do receive bookings from 2 people to 300 people. This includes planning, follow up, internal and external briefings, and maintain key relationships with corporate clients and agencies. Furthermore the organisation of all special events in the restaurant like Oktoberfest. Spring festival, Football events etc.

We appreciate a very good attention to detail, and if you are highly organised with a can-do attitude. Fluent in English is a must, knowledge of German a benefit, but not mandatory. You’ll work Monday – Friday from 10 – 6.30pm, or Tuesday – Saturday.

Reservations & Social Media Assistant
This is a part time position which requires daily updates on all Social Media channels.We appreciate a creative person, who has worked in Social Media before.

 

Restaurant Floor Manager / Supervisor 

Experienced Restaurant Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor?

You’ll support the General Manager in every aspect of running the restaurant daily, and everything you do will centre around maintaining and improving the quality and standards of the drinks, food and service in all areas. You’ll work 6 Floor Manager shifts per week on average on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday.

Chef / Kitchen Assistant

Contract type:             Permanent, full time
Remuneration:            Competitive, dependent on experience

Start Date:                  Immediate

Main shifts are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. The rest of the week is scheduled in a rota. Flexibility is a must. You will need to have a can do attitude, show initiative and be able to adapt to different working environments.

Waitress / Waiter
We are recruiting for full time (40 hours a week) and part time (3-4 shifts a week) experienced and passionate waiting staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and motivated attitude, demonstrate an attention to detail and is able to have a passion for food, drink and exceeding guest expectations. You will also need to have an excellent command of English and great communication skills. Common sense recommended, charm is a must. German language skills preferred.


Bar Staff
You are working behind the bar preparing all drinks such as beers, shots and soft drinks.


DJ / Musician / Solo Entertainer
We are looking for a Dj – musician – SoloEntertainer – who peforms 2x or 3x a week at the Bavarian Beerhouse London. Repertoire should be a mix of sing a long and chart music with the highlights of the 80s, 90s and 2000  – German music is also appreciated. The typical German song “Ein Prosit der Gemuetlichkeit” is easy to learn and should be played every hour. If you are fun & entertaining and have no fear to talk to our guests you are the perfect musician for our “Oktoberfest beer festival” type of Restaurant/Bar.
