• Receive the Request For Consideration (RFC) and Candidate Checklist

• Complete and Submit the Completed RFC for each Partner.

• Complete & Submit Franchise Application, Proof of Liquidity, and Background Release.

• Receive FDD - Franchise Disclosure Document.

• Contact Lending Source to Begin Preliminary Approval Process.

• Research Alcohol License Requirements.

• Schedule FDD Q&A Review with BB (Bavarian Beerhouse Restaurants, Ltd.)

• Submit Questions to BB for FDD Q&A Review.

• Complete FDD Q&A Review Conference Call.

• Receive Certification Number and Begin Due Diligence with Bavarian Beerhouse Franchisees.

• Complete & Submit Franchise Profile.

• Submit Complete Management Plan.

• Submit Preliminary Finance Approval Letter from Lender.

• Preliminary Approval to Proceed Granted by Executive Team.

• Schedule Decision Day Visit at BB.

• Receive Complete Set of Executable Franchise Agreements & Franchise Related Documents.

• Attend Decision Day.

• Sign Franchise Agreements & Related Documents & Submit Fees Due.

• Complete Development/Next Steps Training.
