Planning a party? We come to your place!
'Bavarian Beerhouse Events Catering' (est. 2006) is running a fully equipped Catering unit bringing German theme parties and Oktoberfest-style events to your place. Either the complete package can be booked, or just parts of it.
The complete package includes authentic Bavarian food, original German beers and mobile bars and traditional entertainment. Guests will be served by charming waitresses wearing traditional Bavarian dresses whilst Oompah music will add an unforgettable experience. Bavarian Beerhouse caters for all types of events - indoor and outdoor - and for any number of guests, whether it be a small group or the whole company. Our high standards ensure your complete satisfaction. We are delighted to discuss any particular preferences or special requirements - cash bars are possible, too.
Food
To make it convenient and easy for you, event catering and all menus will be tailored to your requirements and budget.
A full selection is available: hot & cold Bavarian buffets, Fingerfood and - the most popular choice - the Bavarian Barbeque station. To guarantee the best quality for our precious guests all our meat, all sausages, all bread rolls and pretzels are imported from Germany.
Please note: Hot food is depending on on-site requirements, a site inspection is mandatory.
BBQ Station
One of the most popular choices is the "Barbeque Station" serving delicious sizzling German sausages, accompanied by a choice of mouth-watering dips and sauces. Please note: an outdoor space is required for this service.
All types of sausages can be grilled: Traditional Bratwurst and smaller Nuernberger, tasty Cheese Cracker Sausages (Kaesekracher) and even spicy Merguez. Have you thought about a Spiral Sausage (Bratwurst Schnecke)? We also put Frankfurter sausages on the BBQ station.
Also available on the grill> Meat Loaf (Leberkaese) and Chicken Breast.
To guarantee the best quality all meat is imported from Germany.
Mobile BarsMobile Bars - as the name says - are completely mobile and can be put in every single corner. These bars give the freedom to serve fresh and ice-cold tapped German beer all night long. Beers available are Krombacher Lager and Erdinger Wheatbeer.
For the non beer drinkers we provice a full selection of wine, soft drinks and Schnaps shots.
Glass hire available: 1 Litre Stein glasses, wheat beer glasses, pint glasses, wine and soft drink glasses.
Bavarian Beerhouse Events is fully licensed to provide a complete range of alcoholic beverages.
Staff A German / Bavarian event requires waitresses in traditional dresses (Dirndl) and bar staff in Lederhosen. Our well trained and experienced event staff will help you to make your event a success. We are running the entire event for you.
Decoration
Bavarian Beerhouse arranges decoration up to your requirements. No matter if you need Bavarian decoration in traditional white / blue colours or German decoration is required - our experienced decoration team will help you to get it your way.
Live Musicians
Bavarian Beerhouse has established contacts to various Bavarian musicians and bands who love to play at your event. We get them booked for you.
